Shipping policy
Delivery in Lithuania
- Free delivery for orders of €20 or more.
- For orders under €20, the delivery cost depends on the region.
International Delivery
- Delivery cost: €5
International orders are shipped via Lithuanian Post to the following countries:
Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Iceland, Spain, Italy, USA, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Latvia, Poland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Germany.
1.1 Orders for in-stock items will be dispatched within 1-5 business days upon receipt of full payment. Preorders (items not yet in production) will be dispatched within 14-60 calendar days following full payment. Delivery times may vary based on the Buyer’s location and selected shipping method.
1.2 The estimated delivery time after dispatch for orders within Lithuania is 2-4 business days, and for international orders is 4-30 days. The Seller is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers.
1.3 The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided by the Buyer or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
1.4 Once the goods have been delivered to the address provided by the Buyer, the order is considered fulfilled, even if the package is received by another individual at the address.
1.5 If the Buyer provides an incorrect address or fails to collect the goods from the delivery service, they will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for reshipping.
1.6 Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must inspect the package and the contents for any visible damage. Any issues must be reported to the Seller immediately, accompanied by photos of the damaged product.
1.7 If we are unable to deliver the ordered product for any reason, we will notify the Buyer and offer an alternative product. If the Buyer does not accept the alternative, we will refund the full amount paid within 14 days.
