How does made-to-order work?

Browse the catalogue and choose the piece you love. On its page, tap "Order" and we'll get in touch to confirm the price, size and any other details. Once everything is agreed, we handcraft your piece in our workshop.

How long does it take to make a piece?

Crafting usually takes 4–6 weeks. We'll confirm the exact timing when we agree on the details of your order.

Why aren't prices shown in the catalogue?

Each piece in this catalogue is made individually for you, so we confirm the price together with the size and other details when you place your order.

Will my piece look exactly like the one in the photo?

Every piece is made from natural Baltic amber, and no two pieces of amber are alike. Your jewellery may differ slightly in shade or pattern from the photo – which is exactly what makes it one of a kind.

Who can view the made-to-order catalogue?

The catalogue is available to registered BANGUOJA club members. Tap "Become a member", enter your email address and confirm it with the code we send you – after that, the full catalogue opens for you.

What if I'd rather wait until a piece is back in stock?

On the piece's page, choose "Notify me when it's back" and leave your email address. We'll let you know as soon as it's available again.
